Great tips… how to increase water intake

Reading my Best Health magazine I came across this tip which I really liked.

“My water intake was far too low, but I solved the problem: I bought a pretty glass pitcher. Every morning I fill it with water and add either lemon, or cucumber and basil, and place the pitcher on my desk. I find that because I don’t have to get up to fill my water cup, I drink the entire thing”.

Great suggestion!
