Happy Holidays to all!

It is officially the holidays…. the kids are off school and many people have already left for their winter vacation. The spirits are good and people are ready for this break more than ever. I have just come off a week of a cold. I have so many friends that are sick. People are run down.

Its time to relax, recuperate, and let go of all that stuff from the last year.

I am Jewish but I really like Christmas time. I watch all my favourite Christmas movies and this weekend I plan on cuddling up and watching The Sound of Music.

I really hope you embrace this time and take some time for yourself. I know there are only a few days left until Christmas and many of you are running around trying to find those last gifts. That’s okay as long as you can take a few minutes and sit back.

With the holidays here I know that the end of the year is nearing and this is my time to reflect on my year, the intentions I wrote and to write my intentions for next year. It’s a powerful time.

I have had quite the year – highs and lows. I have been working so hard to share my book. Now it is time to step back and let the universe take my intentions to the next level. I have planted my seeds and now it is time to nurture them and watch them grow.

A week or so ago I had a mini meltdown that people were cancelling on me for meetings. My friend said that now is not the time to start something. So I have been wrapping things up and I have 2 more things I want to accomplish by the end of this weekend and then I am promising myself to put me first, relax, sleep in, and go with the flow (okay I will feed the kids when they are hungry – haha).

I am also finding as I have stepped back some great things are happening. Yesterday I was interviewed on a local TV channel. It all happened last minute. It was so much fun. I met a group of kids that I am hoping to do some work with. I sold 6 books, 5 to an educational counsellor. It’s looking good for the end of the year.

As you go into this holiday season just step back from your work, look at what you have accomplished this year and what is in the works, be proud and just enjoy your success. It is may the smallest thing you achieved but made such a difference in your life. Good for you. It may have been significant and life altering. Good for you.

Life is about choices. It is from those choices that things will change or stay the same.

I will write more on this for my New Years message.

For now happy holidays to all of you. Enjoy your time with yourself, your family and friends.

Merry Christmas to those celebrating.

All my love,
