I am guided by my friends

As my children get older I try and impress on them how important it is to surround yourself with good people who have your back and really want the best for you.

At the age of 16 I had a life changing incident that really shaped how I deal with girl friends. I was always a good friend and put my friends first until I discovered boys at 16. I was away on a youth trip to Israel and met this guy from New York and fell head over heels “in love” with him and I guess I forgot about my friends and wanted to spend all my time with him. When we “broke up” my girlfriends were mad at me and told me so. It was an eye opener. From that day onward I have NEVER forgotten about my friends. In fact I am very conscious of it. I have been on the receiving end of friends that ditch you every time they start a new relationship.

For the most part I have removed from my life all the takers and selfish woman who only put themselves first or the ones that don’t really support you when you need it.

I love my friends and am proud of them. I am excited to see their successes and stand by during challenging times and ‘failures’. I try not to judge them and just listen.

I am very proud of my friend Mary. She and I have travelled interesting roads together. She is often my sounding board as I know she doesn’t judge me. Today I am exceptionally proud of her as she follows a path that excites her and one that I believe she will make an impact. She decided to become a reverend on top of the energy healing work that she does. She is truly amazing.

Today she has her first Christening and I know she is going to have such an impact on the baby and all the people attending.

We are at a point in the energy where we can manifest our truth fairly quickly (third dimension – time and space). I hope that you decide to embrace your truth and what really excites and moves you to make an impact and become a better person.

I too am following my path. When the doors all seemed closed because I couldn’t find work and no one was responding to my resume, I climbed out of the ‘ditch’ of depression and created my path and destiny. I am now working on 4 projects for the fall and am very excited. I open up to abundance and let it flow.

I ask you to consider opening yourself up as well if you haven’t or are scared. You have nothing to lose and all to gain.

I want to wish everyone a wonderful weekend. I will not post next week I am celebrating my sister’s 50th bday with her!

All my love,
