Laughter and a pie in the face

This weekend I had a lot of fun! I feel like I have not had fun, continuous fun, in far too long. I might even admit to years. I allowed the circumstances of my life to control my “fun”. No more.

Part of what I needed to do was laugh. Laughter is an amazing recipe which lends to fun.

We tend to take life so seriously when in a spiritual sense life is an illusion. When we understand this, we realize that life is what we create; we can alter it by shifting paradigms, challenging belief systems, raising our vibrations, changing our thinking/feeling/beliefs and making we surround ourselves by people who lift us up.

It is about reaching within and accessing our inner child! I do not mean becoming immature more silly-like.

And Silly-like is exactly what happened last week on Master Chef Junior’s show when the kids were “allowed” to throw pies in the face of the judges: Chef Ramsey, Chef Joe Bastianich and Chef Graham Elliot. I am not sure who had more fun the kids or the chefs. I LOVED seeing how the judges relaxed and just laughed and laughed. I laughed with them. This show reminded me how as kids we just had so much fun and didn’t think about anything. We were in the moment without a care in the world.

I hope everyone had a great weekend and is enjoying this week.
