Prevention – Rodale Press publication – This is a great magazine. I have moved away from it a bit, however, there are some good articles and great tips. I really like Ardath H. Rodale. Oprah – Please go to the Oprah on-line website at www.oprah.com and you can be led to so many areas from this site. If you are interested in the spiritual side of her work – Oprah has a radio Soul Series that is amazing than you can get to it by clicking Radio. She also has a spiritual newsletter and you can go email OprahNewsletter@Oprah.com to ask to be put on the list.

Readers Digest – This is a Canadian magazine and I like to support my own. I decided to try it and while the stories are more mainstream they cover very interesting topics. I have gained wisdom and ideas from this magazine. Try it out and see if you like it. To learn more go to their on-line site at www.readersdigest.ca

Best Health – this is part of the Readers Digest family. This magazine is fairly new and I have subscribed from the beginning. I am pleased, as I really like the format and articles. To learn more go to www.besthealthmag.ca

More – This is a fairly new magazine geared to the 40+ women’s market. As I was approaching 40 I decided to try it and see if I liked it. I do and I look forward to this magazine each month. It covers mature topics however it remembers that 40 years old is still young! Please check out the on-line website at www.more.ca

Today’s Parent (Toronto) – This is a Canadian magazine. I use this as a guide to raising my children. Some of the suggestions from this magazine have been very insightful and helpful – especially in the area of discipline. Thank you!
