Why men sleep better than women

This is an interesting article about why men on average sleep better than women.  Hormones play a role such as during menstruation.  During pregnancy and perimenopause are periods where women’s sleep is disturbed.   The article suggests five tips to get more sleep:

1) Stick to a bedtime routine

2) Restrict your time in bed.  Irregular sleeping patterns would disrupt good sleeping habits

3) Exercise Outside

4) Ask your partner for help, especially if the children need to be fed at night

5) Talk to your doctor
